With the ever-increasing concerns around Coronavirus (Covid-19), our top priority at Wireless Logic is the health and safety of our staff and customers. We’re taking proactive steps and following government advice to minimise the risks whilst maintaining the continuity of our services.
We are operating our business as usual – customer support hours, shipping and connectivity services remain unaffected.
We have robust contingency plans and a dedicated team who are responsible for monitoring the situation and implementing the plans as necessary. We have remote working capabilities in place for the vast majority of our staff, which enables us to both keep people safe and maintain the continuity of the services that we deliver.
Orders and Shipping
Because we rely on supply chains and courier services to fulfil orders, we strongly recommend that customers plan ahead and place orders as far ahead as is practical. This will help to reduce the risk of us being unable to fulfil orders in the coming weeks.
Before placing SIM or Router orders, please ensure that your business is able to receive and accept orders at the delivery address. If this changes, please contact us.
In these unusual circumstances, we ask for your understanding if requests take longer than normal to complete or shipping takes longer.
