Oliver Tucker
With over 35 years in the IT and mobile industries, Oliver has steered the commercial and strategic direction of the company since its inception. He led the first management buy-out in 2011 backed by mid-market private equity house, ECI Partners, followed in 2015 where he was the lead on the successful transition from ECI to CVC Capital Partners. Driving a number of acquisitions in the past four years, the group’s continuing growth saw Oliver welcome the arrival of Montagu Private Equity in June 2018.

Richard Miller
Richard joined the group as CFO in April 2012. A chartered accountant, he spent much of his career in corporate finance at PwC. Richard has supported management teams, companies and private equity houses on many acquisitions, disposal and re-financing across Europe. Under Richard’s stewardship the group has performed the initial MBO in 2011 followed by transitions to CVC Capital Partners in 2015 and Montagu Private Equity in 2018. Richard brings a wealth of commercial and transactional knowledge to the management team. Since 2014 he has led on fifteen acquisitions into the group.

Matt Thomas
Matt has over 25 years design and implementation experience within IT infrastructure. He joined Wireless Logic as CTO in 2012 and is responsible for the on-going development of Wireless Logic’s IoT solutions and platfroms. In his early career Matt was a systems architect before moving onto service delivery management and to run his own consultancy company. Matt has a Computer Science degree and an MBA from Imperial College, London.

Simon Trend
Simon comes from a strong technical and senior commercial background with over 20 years’ experience in technology, Having previously worked with Wireless Logic to design the early SIMPro platform, Simon joined Wireless Logic in 2016 returning to the UK after two years in Asia heading up in a senior commercial and operations role in the telecommunications sector. Working at executive level, Simon has experience working alongside some of the world’s biggest brands including Google, Vodafone, Samsung and Sony delivering complex technology and operations solutions into mature and emerging markets. Simon is responsible for the innovation, development and support of the Wireless Logic business systems and applications.

Matthew Tate
Matthew re-joined Wireless Logic mid-2014 as Operations Director to lead an Operations team focused on customer service and supporting company growth. Matthew now leads the group’s commercial activities developing strategic partnerships with many of the world’s leading MNO’s. Whilst at Blackberry, Matthew was Director of Operations EMEA and Director of Global Enterprise Sales Operations. Responsibilities for the creation, integration and management of various M2M and IoT service teams to support the rapid growth across EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Matthew has an Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science degree from Edinburgh University.

Matt McPherson
As Sales Director, Matt is responsible for the progressive sales strategy across the Wireless Logic Group. Prior to this appointment Matt directed Wireless Logic’s strategic partnerships – key clients and all Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), and most recently as Director of Operations. Matt has considerable business development and operational experience and brings vital customer and sales-focused skills to the Sales Director role. Matt joined the company from Nemesis GB, an automotive communications company, where he was Sales and Marketing Director.

Laurence Hilton
Laurence has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications across leading brands in Telecommunications, IT infrastructure and Utilities. He joined Wireless Logic as CMO in 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications across the group. Laurence is also responsible for ensuring that we give our customers the edge to help them win in their markets.

Rachel Stedman
Rachel heads up the Wireless Logic HR team and works across the Wireless Logic group to build out our Global HR strategy with the leadership team. It’s important that Wireless Logic Group continues to be a positive place to work, fosters relationships across our global offices and nurtures its employees to encourage development and growth so that our people have the strongest skills, knowledge and experience in the industry

Marc Niccolini
Marc joined Wireless Logic in 2012 to create and develop the group’s French subsidiary. He brings a real depth of M2M platform experience from Gemalto, where he set up their M2M offering and developed it for five years. Prior to this, Marc had been Gemalto’s Director of New Business and held positions in marketing and business development at Gemplus. He is now responsible for developing all European companies with a focus on sales activities. Marc holds a Masters degree in Physics and an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications.

Laura Law
Laura joined Wireless Logic in May 2020 having worked in-house as a lawyer for over 8 years, for global retail and telecoms brands. Laura provides legal support across the Wireless Logic group, including acting as Data Protection Officer for the UK and EU group companies. She also leads on the areas of compliance and risk management in collaboration with senior management.

Ulrich Kaindl
Ulrich Kaindl has been in charge of Wireless Logic GmbH since 2012 and has since developed the business in DACH very successfully. After various management positions in development, project management and sales in the national and international environment, he took over the management of European Sales at Siemens Wireless Modules (later Cinterion, now Gemalto) and led local and international teams throughout Europe. As an independent entrepreneur, he worked for a well-known global mobile operator as an interim manager to implement their global M2M solution in Central Europe.
He has an incredibly broad experience in communications technology and the M2M / IOT industry.

Kiko Askew
As the longest service member of the Wireless Logic Finance team, Kiko has played a key role throughout the group’s rapid expansion. Originally, managing both the finance and billing departments, Kiko has been instrumental in the design and creation of the group’s internal billing systems as well as supporting the CFO in the reporting of group performance at board level.

Hannah Holloway
Hannah is the Group Operations Manager heading up the team responsible for both Technical Support and SIM Management. Committed to service excellence, Hannah is driven to ensure the organisation delivers the best customer experience by ensuring SLA’s are met and surpassed. With a broad sector knowledge, Hannah bridges her role between networks and customers to ensure effective integration of deployments across the Wireless Logic platforms and infrastructure. She joined the organisation in 2009 and is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University.

Jon Mielgo
Passionate about the emerging growth areas of the Internet of Things (IoT) and machine-to-machine (M2M) communications, Jon joined Wireless Logic in 2012 to create and develop the group’s Spanish subsidiary. With over 20 years experience in M2M technologies. Previous Jon launched and led Enfora Wireless Solutions entry into Mediterranean & African marketplace, focusing the company’s efforts on the telematics, fleet management, and automatic meter reading industry sectors. Jon held various executive positions at Ericsson, Sony Ericsson’s Com Business Unit including Marketing & Sales for M2M Modules & PCMCI devices.

Carolyn Vaughan
Carolyn joined Wireless Logic in June 2014 following her previous position as financial controller at a global corporate in the manufacturing sector. A part-qualified management accountant with 16 years’ experience, Carolyn manages the finance team in the UK and leads on the preparation of management accounts for all group companies. She also works closely with country-based accountancy specialists to ensure documentation is filed in accordance to legislation.

Paul Mansell
Paul joined Wireless Logic in 2013 following almost 20 years in software development, having started his career with IBM. His first major project was the complete redesign of SIMPro, the IoT connectivity platform and he now heads up version upgrades as the platform continues to evolve with market demands. Leading a large team of software developers, Paul uses Agile Methodologies to build roadmaps for Wireless Logic’s SIM orchestration and Billing platforms.

Hayley Gavagan
Hayley joined Wireless Logic in 2010 initially working across a number of roles within the group’s SIM management function. Today, she heads up the Service Desk Team which performs a pivotal frontline role in addressing customer queries in all aspects of the group’s service delivery. With objectives to deliver the highest level of customer service, Hayley’s day to day role continually looks at improvement processes across every aspect of the service system. Minimising customer query diagnosis and the upskilling of client-side operations to optimise the use of the Wireless Logic platforms are two key focus areas.
“My goal is to have 100% user satisfaction. Contented customers, effective service desk and SLA’s met. With the help of a really great team, we are striving for better, everyday.”
