Wireless Logic Group Management land major regional corporate deal award.

At a glittering ceremony held at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre in Reading, Wireless Logic Group – Europe’s leading IoT connectivity platform provider, have been awarded Management Team of the Year as part of The Thames Valley Deals Awards, staged by The Business Magazine, a key event in the region’s corporate finance calendar.

The Thames Valley Deals Awards brings together corporate finance advisers, lawyers, bankers, private equity investors, accountants, funding specialists and the management teams that have led the deals themselves.

Nominated in two categories – Management Team of the Year (sponsored by PwC) and Large Deal of the Year (sponsored by Quercus Corporate Finance), the Wireless Logic team scooped the Management Team accolade with the award being presented to Richard Miller – CFO, Simon Trend – CTO and Matt McPherson – UK Sales Director.

Commenting at the ceremony, Richard Miller said: “It was an honour to represent the entire Wireless Logic Group and to receive recognition amongst esteemed company. Whilst the focus of the entire evening is geared towards the financial side of corporate activity, what sets us apart is the seamless and collaborative approach which has bonded the entire management structure into such a winning team. This was particularly noteworthy by Finance, Technology and Sales being present as we picked up this most prestigious award.”
