As part of the London Stock Exchange Group’s drive to identify organisations that can influence and shape the UK economy, Wireless Logic has been listed in the inaugural publication of 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain. To be selected, companies not only had to demonstrate a positive growth in revenue over the last few years, but also an increase in employee numbers, workspace, contract wins and product developments. The list represents small and medium-sized companies in no less than 100 sectors.
Commenting on the report, Xavier Rolet, CEO London Stock Exchange Group said: “Our goal is to highlight, to as wide an audience as possible, the importance of SMEs to the future of the UK economy. Our own research, and that of many others, has shown that it is almost exclusively these companies that have generated new, net job creation, in the UK since the financial crisis. More needs to be done to raise awareness of the importance of these businesses, many of which have the potential to become the blue chips of tomorrow.”
Philip Cole, Sales and Marketing Director and Co-founder of Wireless Logic commented: “We are fortunate to be at the forefront of a technological revolution. Our very existence empowers organisations of all sizes to embrace the opportunities and efficiencies within the M2M space – Wireless Logic managed services give companies that competitive edge. We are pleased to be recognised for our achievements to date and doing our part in supporting UK plc.”
