Routers supported throughout the contract period

Light and fully managed service packages are designed to give levels of support for day to day hardware changes, operating guidance and emergency replacement of hardware. All routers are provided with standard or extended warranties to match the contract period. Emergency replacement of failed hardware is available on higher managed service options. Email and telephone support are available 830am- 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
