SIMpro – Wireless Logic's M2M SIM provisioning platform gets a vs.2.0 makeover
‘SIMpro’ is an essential monitoring and control tool for users with multiple devices. Accessed via Wireless Logic’s web portal, customers can activate, monitor, ‘SIMswap’, broadcast SMS as well as produce a range of reports across entire SIM estates.
‘SIMpro’ is an essential monitoring and control tool for users with multiple devices. Accessed via Wireless Logic’s web portal, customers can activate, monitor, ‘SIMswap’, broadcast SMS as well as produce a range of reports across entire SIM estates.
The portal has recently received a number of key updates, driven by the needs of Wireless Logic’s growing customer base. These include:
- The ability to add usernames to SIMs – ideal for easier identification of your devices when ‘SIM searching’ or running reports
- SIMswap - customers can now act immediately when SIMs are lost or stolen. Inactive SIMs held in stock by a customer can be activated online with all identity duplicated onto the new SIM. There’s no need to wait for further SIMs to be shipped in. The swap process can take 1-24 hours for re-registration
- View Fixed IP details – see all new activations with Fixed IP addresses assigned
- Specify key requirements upon activation on a group or individual SIM basis e.g. International roaming or voice, and change of tariff details.
