Order Fulfillment Assistant
Manage the order fulfillment process efficiently and quickly including order entry, administration and shipping. Oversee the order tracking process and ensure orders are processed in accordance with the organization’s customer service standards.
Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
Provide customer service as needed with issues such as order tracking and invoice checking.
The role will involve liaising with customers in the DACH region as well as with Wireless Logic headquarters in the UK and the local technical and sales team.
You will be part of a small, highly professional, team within one of Europe’s fastest growing providers of M2M Managed Services.
